Well Properties: Tabs

The Well Properties dialog has a series of tabs which display information about a selected well, and about formation and source information common to all wells. From these tabs you can view, add, edit and delete information about each well, or perform batch well operations on the wells in your project. When you open the Well Properties dialog for the first time you will see the following tabs:

• Well: General well information, including UWI, Well Name, location and datum for the selected well
• Tops: A list of formations and formation top depths associated with the selected well.
• Formations: All of the geological formations associated with the project (not specific to each well).
• Sources: All of the sources for well information associated with the project (not specific to each well).
  
• Velocity Curves: A list of the velocity curves associated with the selected well, and a table of the velocity curve values. 
• Log Curves: A list of all of the log curves associated with the selected well, and a table of the log curves values.
• Synthetics: A list of saved SEG-Y synthetics for the selected well.
• Directional Surveys: A table showing the directional survey for the selected well.
• Raster Logs: A list of the calibrated raster logs associated with the selected well.
• Production Entity: A list of the production entities associated with the project.
• Production Volumes: The production associated with the production entity for the selected well displayed in table and graph formats.

The Advanced well tabs can be turned on by selecting Show Advanced from the View menu of the Well Properties dialog. Once this option has been enabled, the tabs will remain visible, even after closing and reopening the Well Properties dialog.

• Advanced Tops: Delete tops based on formation name, source, or owner.
• Advanced Velocities: Delete or activate velocity curves base on curve name, source or owner.
• Advanced Logs: Generate velocity curves, batch rename curves, and delete groups of log curves based on curve name, source, or owner.
• Advanced Synthetics: Delete synthetics based on synthetic name or owner.
• Advanced Production: Delete production information.
