1. The file list, located on the left side of the dialog box, displays the list of files that you want to import. Drag and drop files into this area or click to select your input files.

2. When you click on a file with the recognized format (*.lic, *.dra, *.xml, *.tif, *.jpg, *.gif, *.png, *.bmp), you will see the image appear in the dialog. Note: If you are importing in a calibrated raster log (*.lic, *.dra, *.xml), the image will already have depth markers and edge markers defined. You can adjust these if needed.

3. Add depth markers by selecting Add Depth Marker under Mode and click on the raster log image. Define the MD depth value and click OK. Repeat this process as many times as you want. Note: You need at least two depth markers to import but the more markers you have, the more accurate the depths will be.

4. Select Add Edge Marker under Mode and click on the image. This will add a vertical line to the image and essentially crops the image at that line. Note: You can only have two edge markers. The left marker crops to the left, the right marker crops to the right.

5. The Raster Log Data Importer will attempt to read the files based on their file extensions. If your file doesn't have one of these extensions, it will not be added to the file list.

6. Specify the output parameters and click to import your files.
