SEG-Y Calculator: Outputs
The Outputs dialog allows you to set options for the
output seismic line. A
File Description, Type, Version, Output Folder and
time windows are defined on this page.
File Description
Set the parameters for the output file.
File Description:The description for the file. The description is automatically populated with the calculation that will be used. The description will appear in the line properties and other dialogs. This is optional.
Output Type:This specifies the output type for the output seismic file. It defaults to "CALC". It is used to help uniquely identify the dataset. It is optional.
Version:This specifies the version for the output seismic file. This number helps to identify a dataset. It defaults to 0.
Output Folder:This specifies where to place the output seismic file, the project folder, the data folder, etc.
Add to Working Set:This
option allows the output seismic files to be made as part of the
working set.
Constrain Data
Use these fields to restrict the amount of
data input into the calculation and the size of the output file.
Vertical Start:This specifies the start of the time window will be output to the seismic file. It defaults to the start time of the seismic line being used. If more than one version of a seismic line is being used that have two different time windows, the maximum start time will be used. For depth seismic data, turn on Subsea to enter the start time referenced to subsea.
Vertical End: This specifies the end of the time window will be output to the seismic file. It defaults to the end time of the seismic line being used. If more than one version of a seismic line is being used that have two different time windows, the minimum end time will be used. For depth seismic data, turn on Subsea to enter the start time referenced to subsea.
Subsea: Turn this on when entering the Vertical Start and Vertical End depth in subsea.
