Velocity Model Properties: Toolbars
There are three Velocity Model Properties toolbars
to help you manage your velocity models. These can be used to search
for specific velocity models, change the properties for a velocity
model, and perform standard editing functions (copy, paste, delete).
Velocity Model Properties Toolbars
Properties Toolbar
The Properties Toolbar is used to modify the properties for the selected velocity model. The fields on this toolbar will only become active if you have permission to change the properties displayed within them for the selected velocity model.
Name: The name of the velocity model.
Description:A user supplied text description for the velocity model.
Owner: The owner of the velocity model.
Active: Indicates whether or not a velocity model is active. When you make a velocity model active, you inactivate all of the other velocity models.
Search Toolbar
The Search Toolbar is used to search for specific velocity models.
Search:Enter a search string
to limit the velocity models in the list based on the Name,
Description,
and Owner
columns.
Click
to clear
the search
text.
Standard Toolbar
The Standard Toolbar is used to perform basic tasks including copying, pasting, and deleting velocity models.
Delete Selected Velocity Models: Delete
the currently selected velocity models. You can also
delete velocity models by selecting them, and pressing the Delete
key on your keyboard.
Copy: Copy
the
currently selected velocity models to the clipboard. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C to perform this function.
Paste: Paste the copied velocity models into
the project. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V to perform this function. If you are copying your own velocity model, it will get the suffix "-
Copy". If you are copying another user's model, the velocity model will retain the original name, but have a different owner.
Print:
Print the Velocity Model Properties table.

Preview.
