User Properties: User Table

The User Table shows all the users associated with the currently opened project.

User Table Columns

The User Table lists all of the users currently associated with a project. The columns can be sorted by clicking on the column header, and dragged to be reordered.

Name: The name of the user associated with a project.

Description: A description of the user associated with a project. 

Default Role: This displays the role that a user will automatically be assigned when they open a project - Administrator, Data Manager, Standard, or Guest. When a user has multiple roles they can change their role using the toolbar display, or from the Main Launcher.

Home Folder: The location of the user's home folder. This will contain items like sessions, filters, and potentially data exports for the user.

Shortcut Menu

The shortcut menu can be opened by right clicking in the User Table.

Create New: Add a new user. This will only be available if you have the role of Administrator.
Delete: Delete the currently selected user(s). This will delete the user and ALL data associated with the user. This will only be available if you have the role of Administrator.

Browse: Open a file explorer to the selected user's home folder.
