Well Properties: Synthetics Tab

The Synthetics tab displays information about SEG-Y synthetics in the well database.

Synthetics List

This lists all of the saved SEG-Y synthetics associated with the selected well. Type a search string into the search bar to limit the information in the list.

Name: The name of the synthetic. The name of the synthetic.

Owner:The owner of the synthetic.

Synthetics Parameters

Select a saved synthetic from the synthetics list to view or edit the parameters for that synthetic. If you change any parameters you have to click to save any changes.

Name: The name of the selected synthetic.

Description: A description of the selected synthetic.

Owner: The owner of the selected synthetic.

Bulk Shift: The bulk shift for the selected synthetic in milliseconds. This determines where it is displayed in the Seismic Viewer.

Synthetics Operations

Update: Write any modifications to the Description or Bulk Shift o the database.

Copy To: Open the Copy Synthetic to Wells dialog after selecting a synthetic from the list.

Delete: Delete the currently selected synthetics from the database.
