Set Displayed Zones and Attributes
The Set Displayed Zones and Attributes allows you to create displayed zones lists to control which zones are visible in other SeisWare applications such as the Log Editor, the Basemap, and the Seismic Viewer.
General Information
How do I select which zones to display throughout my project?
- Click
to create a new zones list and enter a name for you list. - Use the
in the Display Settings to add a Match Zone to the selected displayed zones. - Within each Match Zone entry add the zones. Multiple Match Zone entries can be added to meet different sets of criteria.
Note: You can either use the drop down to select individual zones or use "*" and "%" to match many characters or "_" and "?" to match single characters in your zone name.
- Select the Zone Type, Zone Attribute, Sources and Owners, if any, you would like to include in your zone entry. Select the color and how you would like to color the Match Zone.
- Use the Advanced Settings tab to override the colors set in the Match Zone entries.
Display Settings
The Display Settings widget is where you can create and delete Match Zones entries in your set displayed zones. For each Match Zones entry, you can specify Zones, Zone Types, Sources, and Owners. Multiple Match Zone entries can be added to meet different sets of criteria.
Advanced Settings
The Advanced Settings widget is where you can override the color settings that were defined for the Match Zone entries in the Display Settings widget.
Menus
The menus at the top of the window contain tools to manage your data, change the appearance of the dialog, access help information, and close the dialog.
Toolbars
The Edit Toolbar allows you to quickly create displayed zones lists.
Edit Toolbar
Create New: Creates a Set Displayed Zones list
Delete: Deletes the selected zones list.
Copy: Copies the selected zones list(s).
Paste: Pastes the selected zones list(s).
