Area of Interest Filter

The Area of Interest Filter dialog allows you to limit the active data in your project based on northings and eastings, latitudes and longitudes, or a closed polygon. The filter is applied to all of the data within the project, meaning that you may have a large, regional project with large extents, but you will only see data within the selected region, making it seem like a much smaller project. Area of interest filters are associated with the current user of the project, and saved to your SeisWare session.

The Area of Interest Filter dialog can be opened from the Sessionmenu of the Main Launcher, or from the Data Filters dialog.
