User Properties: Detail User Properties
The Detail User Properties dock shows more detailed properties for the selected user in the User Table. For the selected user, you can view and edit their associated Logins, Roles, Default Role, and Licenses. Note: If you are not an administrator in the project, you will not be able to view Detailed User Properties.

Use
or right click in the User Table to add a new user. -
Type in Name and a Description for the user.

Enter the email (if you are on 10Duke Licensing) or the Windows Login ID for the user, including domain (if you are on Legacy Licensing). Note: You can have multiple logins for a single username. This makes it possible for multiple users to be associate with one Username, for example "Technologist". This will allow multiple technologists to work in a single project without having to set each one up with separate credentials.

With the user selected, in the Detail User Properties widget, select the Roles associated with the user.

Select a Default Role.
- Select the license components the user is allowed to have access to as well as whether or not they can view license usage and/or checkout licenses. Note: This is only visible for those using 10Duke Licensing and is editable only by Administrators and 10Duke OrgAdmins.

Once the appropriate fields are filled in, the user is automatically saved.
General Information
Logins
Logins: The Windows Login ID(s) associated with the Username, including the domain. The login is used to automatically associate a project with the user currently logged onto the workstation, based on their Windows Login ID. Multiple logins are allowed to be associated with each Username, allowing multiple users to access a project using the same Username.
Roles
A user may need more than one role, depending on the tasks they're performing within a project.
Role Column: A list of the roles that a user can have when using a SeisWare project - Administrator, Data Manager, Standard and Guest. Each role has different permissions associated with it.
Allow Column: Place a check mark to assign a role to a user.
Default Role: Select the default role that a user will be assigned when they open a project - Administrator, Data Manager, Standard, or Guest. The selection list will be limited to the allowed roles from the Roles table. When a user has multiple roles they can select a role other than their default role using the Main Launcher.
Licenses
A user may be allowed access to certain license components and licensing features.
Component Column: A list of the license components available to the organization.
Allow Column: Place a check mark to allow a user to use that license component.
Allow user to view licenses: Toggle on to let the user view license usages for the organization.
Allow user to check out offline licenses: Toggle on to let the user check out licenses for offline use.
