Open Project:After highlighting a project on the list, click on this to open the project.

Remove from project list:Removes the selected  project(s) from the Project List.

Print:Prints the Project Properties table

Print Preview: Launches a print preview.

Clear Read Only Flag:Clears the read only flag on the current highlighted project's folder and all its sub-folders.  This is most useful when restoring a project from CD.  You will not be able to write to a project restored from CD until you have cleared the read only flag.

Compact/Repair Database: Runs a utility to compact/repair the database.  It is useful to compact projects periodically. Database compaction saves on disk space, and can help to speed up large projects. The repair function is rarely needed. Occasionally a database can no longer be viewed using Microsoft Access. If this is the case the repair process will normally correct the defects and allow the database to be viewed in Microsoft Access. Note: The repair function does not work for SQL database projects.
