SEG-Y Export: Export

The Export page allows you to save all of your settings to a parameter file, and to complete the export operation. Click to export the files. They will all be written to Destination Folder specified on the previous page.

Save Parameters

Save a parameter file to be used in a future export operation. This file will save the settings from each page of the export wizard except the Select Files page.

Save As: Enter the locations and name of the .xml export file. By default, a file named "SegyExport.xml" will be saved to the SegyExport folder within the Properties folder for the current user. Click to browse to a folder location other than the default.

Browse: Browse to a folder location other than the default, enter a file name, and click . The new file path and name will appear in the Save As field.

Save: Save the parameter file of the specified name to the specified location.

Export SEG-Y/Segment Files

View Error Log: After the export has been completed you can use this button to view a log of any errors that were encountered during the export.

Status: This area provides a status message and progress gauge during the export process. This area does not appear until after has been pressed to initiate the export.

Finish: Click this button to start the process of exporting the SEG-Y files.
