Bulk Shift

The Bulk Shift window allows you to edit the bulk shifts of seismic lines, SEG-P lines, or SEG-Y synthetics. Bulk shifts are specific to each user. In other words, if two different users open the same project, they may have different bulk shifts associated with the same seismic data.

Export: Export a bulk shift file. A new dialog will open allowing you to select the export format and location.

Import Bulk Shifts

Bulk shifts can be imported from a file or from another user. While all users may be using the same seismic data, bulk shifts are specific to each user.

User

Import bulk shifts from another user of the same project.

User:  Select the user whose bulk shifts you want to use. Once the shifts have been imported, any changes will be specific to the current user.

File

Import bulk shifts from an existing bulk shift file.

Format: Select the format of file to load.

SeisWare Export: A simple text file exported from the bulk shift export dialog.

SeisX 3.x statshift: Import a series of SeisX static shift files from SeisX version 3.  Useful when converting a SeisX project to SeisWare.

Export As

Specify how to export the bulk shifts.

SeisWare Bulk Shift File: Export to a simple text file for later import back into SeisWare using the import dialog.

Photon statshift Files: Export as a series of Photon statshift files.  Useful for exporting a project back to Photon.

Use Bulk Shift From

Use Bulk Shifts From: Select the user whose bulk shifts you want included in the export file.
