Import Palette

Use the Import Palette dialog found under the File menu of the Palette Editor to import an existing palette from SeisX, WinPICS or Petra.

  1. Browse to the palette file by clicking .

  2. Specify the palette type - either SeisX, WinPICS, Petra or Columnar ASCII format.

  3. Click  to import.

Palette File:Click  and select the file you want to import.

Format: Select the file format for the palette file you want to import.

Define Columns: When importing Columnar ASCII files, define the columns for Red, Green and Blue.
