Cross Plot
Cross Plot is an application that allows you to plot well, log curve , grid , horizon, seismic, and columnar data to determine trends and identify anomalies.
When you first open the application it will be blank. Build a cross plot from the Plot Definition dialog box, customizing its appearance as required. Other options include viewing a table of the data points being plotted, creating polygons to isolate data points, and plotting custom equations to see how well data correlates to known relationships. Create multiple plots to view several relationships simultaneously, or use the Legend dialog box to turn displayed data on and off.
The Cross Plot window has menus, toolbars, and dialog boxes to help create your display.
General Information
The Cross Plot application has menus, toolbars and dialog boxes to help you create and customize your scene. The dialog boxes can be docked on either side of the display to maximize the space used to display data. The General Properties can be used to set up the general appearance of the window, including background and highlight colors.
Plot Area
The plot area will be blank when you open the application. As you create a plot the data point will be displayed, with labeled X and Y axes. Scroll the X axis or just the Y axis by moving your cursor to the axis and then clicking and dragging. Use the icons on the main Toolbar for additional zoom and range options.
