Data Pipeline: Generate Velocity Curves
The Generate Velocity Curves page allows
you to
select the velocity curves to
generate on import.
Generate Velocity Curves: Select this item if you wish to generate velocity curves. The generated velocity curve will be flagged as the active curve.
All wells:Select this item if you want to generate velocity curves for all of the imported wells.
Wells without velocity curves:Select this item to generate velocity curves for any well that does not already have a velocity curve, either just imported or already in the database.
From Sonic:Select this item to generate the velocity curve from the sonic log.
From Density:Select this item to generate the velocity curve from the density log.
Seismic Datum:The starting datum of the seismic. This is used to determine the bulk shift when displaying tops on the seismic.
Replacement Velocity: The velocity used for data that appears before the initial velocity entry.
Note: Depending on the Data Source selected and the Data Types to import not all pages may appear.
