Session Properties: Menus
The Session Properties menus let you access editing tool sand general settings used to manage your sessions. Most of the options available in the Session Properties menus can be accessed by right clicking in the main area and selecting from the shortcut menu, or by using an icon on one of the toolbars.

Save: Save
the
session properties to a tab delimited columnar ASCII
text file.
Print:Print out the session properties.
Print Preview: Preview what the resulting plot will look like.
Print Setup:Set up printing parameters.
Exit:Closes the Session Properties.

Edit
Open Session: Opens
the selected session.
Save Session: Opens the Save Session As dialog so you can save your current session.
Close Session: Closes the current session.
Delete:Delete the currently highlighted sessions. After selecting this option you will be prompted to make sure you want to delete the selected sessions.
Copy: Copy the currently selected session to the clipboard for duplication using the paste function. This function can also be accessed using the hot key combination Ctrl+C. This is very useful when you wish to create another session, but start from a known starting place.
Paste:Paste the session copied with the copy function into the project. Sessions will get the suffix "- Copy". For example if you copy and paste session test the copy will be named test: Copy. This function can also be performed using the hot key combination Ctrl+V.
Rename: Allows you to rename the currently highlighted session. The session name will be selected in the grid which allows you to type over the current session name with a new session name. This can also be done by clicking on the session name in the grid to highlight that session and then clicking again to rename it.
Select All: Highlight all the sessions in the properties dialog. This function is also available using the key combination Ctrl+A.
Save Session: Opens the Save Session As dialog so you can save your current session.
Close Session: Closes the current session.

View
Refresh:
Reload and
redisplay the sessions in the list. You may need
to manually refresh the list if it has not been updated after changes
made in another application.
Toolbar:Turn this off to turn off the toolbar on the top of the session properties dialog.
Status Bar:Turn this off to turn off the status bar at the bottom of the session properties dialog.
Toolbar:Turn this off to turn off the toolbar on the top of the session properties dialog.
Status Bar:Turn this off to turn off the status bar at the bottom of the session properties dialog.
Tools

Default
Session: This is the
name of the default session. The
default session is the session that will be opened when the project is
opened (if using sessions). If sharing a project, you may want to have
a different default session name for each user of that shared project.
- Ask me if I want to save: You will be prompted to save your current session every time you save your project.
- Always save: Your session will automatically be saved every time you close your project.
- Never save: Your session will never be saved when you close your project.
