Horizon Clear
The Horizon Clear wizard allows you to remove all or select horizon picks from individual lines while leaving the horizon intact in other lines.

Select the Seismic Lines that you want the horizons to be cleared from.

Select the Horizons that you want cleared.

Set a constraining polygon to limit the geographical extents of the clearing operation.

Click
to clear the
selected horizons.
Note: If you want to delete a horizon from all seismic lines, it is easier to do it from the Horizon Properties dialog.

Select the Seismic Lines that you want to clear outlier picks from.

Select the Horizons that you want outlier picks cleared from.

Set upper and lower Horizon Value Constraints. Note: Upper and lower constraints can be set simultaneously. Horizon Clearing will clear all data points that do not fall between the limits.

Click
to clear the
outlier data points.
General Information
Select Seismic Lines
Select the seismic lines that you want included in the horizon clearing operation. Left click to select a seismic line, or use the Ctrl key on your keyboard to select multiple seismic lines, and then use the selection arrows to move the lines to the Selected list. Alternately, you can move a single line to the Selected list by double clicking on it, and move a group of lines by selecting them from the Basemap.
To help you make your seismic line selections, you can sort any column
by left clicking
on the column header, you can apply a=filter (
), or you can type a
search string
into the search
bar to limit the list using Name, or Owner
information.
For additional selection and navigation options right click on the
Seismic Lines
files list
to access
the shortcut
menu.
Include
SEG-P Lines:
Turn
this on to include SEG-P lines in the list of available lines. Horizons
can be associated with SEG-P files.
