Copy Synthetic to Wells

The Copy Synthetic to Wells dialog is opened by selecting a synthetic and pressing on the Synthetics tab of Well Properties. Use this dialog to copy a saved SEG-Y synthetic to another well.

Well List

Select the wells you want to copy tops to from this list.  Left click to select a single well, or use the Ctrl key on your keyboard to select multiple wells. You can also select a group of wells from the Basemap.
To help you make your well selections, you can sort any column by left clicking on the column header, you can apply a filter (), or you can type a search string into the search bar.

Select All:Select all wells in the list.

If Synthetic Exists

Specify how to copy if there is already a velocity curve with the same name and source for one of the selected wells.

Retain existing synthetic: Do not add the synthetic to the well if there is already a synthetic with the same name.

Overwrite existing curve: If there is already a synthetic curve with the same name, overwrite the existing synthetic.

Optional Overrides

By default the name, description and bulk shift of the original synthetic are used.  You can override these values here.

Name: The name of the synthetic.

Description: A description of the synthetic.

Bulk Shift: The bulk shift for the selected synthetic in milliseconds.  This determines where it is displayed in the Seismic Viewer.
