Well Import: LAS Parameters

The LAS Parameters page of the Well Import wizard allows you to specify additional parameters when importing LAS files.

Extract Data From LAS File

Specify additional general well data to retrieve from the LAS header.

Datum elevation: Turn on this item to update the datum elevation in the well table from the datum elevation found in the LAS file. Updating this item may also update the KB or ground elevation depending on what the datum reference is set to in the LAS file.

KB: Turn on this item to update the KB of the well table from the KB in the LAS file. Updating this item may also update the datum elevation if the datum reference is set to KB in the LAS file.

Ground elevation: Turn on this item to update the ground elevation in the well table from the ground elevation found in the LAS file. Updating this item may also update the datum elevation if the datum reference is set to ground in the LAS file.

Total depth: Turn on this item to update the total depth in the well table from the total depth in the LAS file.
