Cross Plot: Plot Definition Dialog Box

The Plot Definition dialog box is used to select the data that you want to plot and determine how it will appear. The dialog box will be empty until you select the Plot Type, and then the additional options will become available.

As you create multiple plots, a new tab is added to the bottom of the dialog box. Click on a tab to access its properties. To remove a plot, select it in the Legend dialog box and click the delete icon.

Additional Options

Display Settings: The display settings will change depending on the plot type. ClosedSee Display Settings...

Use Polygons: Turn this on and click to open the Select Polygons dialog. Select a polygon to use to limit the geographical extents of the data being used to create the cross plot.

Trend: Set options for a trend line. You can create add more trend lines to your display from theTrends dialog box. ClosedSee Trend Line options...
