Attribute Viewer: Active Layer Display
The Active Layer Display dialog box within the Attribute Viewer controls the trace style, wiggle fill colors, and wiggle excursion for the seismic file that is currently active in the Layers dialog box.
By default, the Active Layer Display dialog box is docked on the left side of the window, but can be resized, moved, and stacked with other dialog boxes.
Density Settings
Density Display: Turn density display on or off for the active layer.
Variable Density:
Display the data as variable color bands representing the amplitudes in the data.
Interpolated Density: Display the data as variable color points representing the amplitudes in the data. This produces a smoother display that Variable Density.
Wiggle Settings
Wiggle Display: Turn the wiggle display on of off for the active layer.

Wiggle: Display the data with wiggle traces.

Variable Area: Display the data with wiggle fills only. You will also need to turn on Fill Peaks or Fill Troughs.

Variable Area Wiggle: Display the data with wiggle traces and wiggle fills.
Fill Peaks: Turn this on to apply a color fill to the peaks on the wiggle display. Click the on the color selector to choose a color for the peak fill.
Fill Troughs: Turn this on to apply a color fill to the troughs on the wiggle display. Click the color selector to choose a color for the trough fill.
Wiggle Excursion: The scale factor applied to the data when Wiggle Display is turned on. It represents the number of traces a peak will extend when it equals the Max value displayed next to the scale bar in the Active Layer Colors dialog box, or the number of traces a trough will extend when it equals the Min value on the scale bar in the Active Layer Colors dialog box.
