Save Project: Save your project to the default session file, default.ini. This will save unsaved data changes as well as project settings.

Save Picks: Save all pick interpretations to a back-up file named autoSaved.pix stored in the Picks folder.

Load and Add Picks: Open the Load and Add Picks dialog box and select an existing .pix file to add picks to the project. Existing picks will not be overwritten.

Load and Replace Picks: Open the Load and Replace Picks dialog box and select an existing .pix file to add picks to the project. Existing picks will be replaced.

Import Well Picks: Import picks from a columnar ASCII file containing at a minimum UWI and Z data.

Import Inter-Well Picks: Import inter-well picks from a columnar ASCII file containing at a minimum X, Y, and Z data.

Delete Selected Picks: Remove the selected picks from the project.

Delete Orphaned Well Picks: Remove any well picks that are not associated with a well currently in the project.

Delete All Picks: Remove all the picks from the project. You will receive a warning message before you complete this irreversible operation.

Add Pick: Open the Choose One Surface dialog box to and select the surface you want associated with the pick. A row is added to the spreadsheet. Manually enter the rest of the data directly in the spreadsheet.

Tie Picks to Wells Using MD: Match the measured depth values of the picks to the values from the well log curves and the directional surveys, in order to calculate the true X, Y, and Z locations of the picks. You only need to perform this task once, when you import a new ASCII picks file.

Automatically Tie Picks to Wells: Turn this on to automatically associate new picks to nearby wells.

Auto Pick: Open the Simple Automatic Picking dialog box to set picking preferences.

Backup Picks: Open the Background Backup of Picks dialog box to set preference for automatically backing up picks.
