Batch Rename Log Curves
The Batch Rename Log Curves dialog is opened from the Advanced Logs tab of Well Properties. It is used to batch rename curves in a project which can be useful if you have received curves from different vendors and would like a consistent naming convention. You cannot batch rename log curves unless you are the owner of the curve.
Table Parameters
To rename log curves you must at a minimum enter a New Curve Name in
the table. If you leave the optional columns blank, the original
information will be maintained.
Old Curve Name: The name of the curve selected on the Advanced Logs tab. This field cannot be edited.
New Curve Name: The name to replace the Old Curve Name.
Type (Optional): The type of log curve. If left blank the original type will be used.
Units (Optional): The units for the renamed log curve. If left blank the original units will be used.
Description (Optional): A description to be applied to all renamed log curves. If left blank the original description will be used.
