Time/Depth Velocity Modeling: Preview Grids

The View Grid window allows you to expand the thumbnail view of your time, depth, and compaction grids, without displaying them on the Basemap. Open this window using the button below each of the thumbnail images in the Display Grids dialog box. You can zoom in on the display, and use the Status Bar at the bottom of the main window, or the cursor tracking with the Basemap, to identify the coordinates, and obtain the Z (grid) value.

Zoom Grid Toolbar

Zoom to Grid Extents:Display the entire grid.

Zoom In:Zoom in on a region of the grid. Click and drag on the grid to select the area that you want to view in more detail.

Zoom to Last Extent:Restore the previous zoom level and extents.
