Well View Tools: Pick Information
The Pick Information dialog displays detailed well data for the current pick location in the Well View window. Most of the data is informational, however you can use this window to change the measured depth of an existing pick, add Dip and Azimuth data, apply a confidence rating, and create a new pick surface.
MD: The measured depth of the pick. You can manually edit this value, or use the pick marker in the Well View window, or the marker in the main window, to graphically edit this value.
Dip: Enter a dip value for the surface.
Azimuth: Enter the azimuth value associated with the Dip value.
Confidence: Rank your confidence in the accuracy of the current pick. Choose from Excellent, Good, Fair, and Poor.
Surface: The name of the active pick surface. To select a different surface, or create a new surface, click on the Surface name to open the Select Surface dialog box.
Edit Pick: This will appear under the surface name when you are editing an existing pick. Clicking
will save the changes to the existing pick.
Create New Pick: This will appear under the surface name when you are adding a new pick, or if you remove the check mark from the Edit Pick option. Clicking
will add the new pick to the project.
Save: Save the pick and close the dialog box.
Delete: Remove the current pick. This is only available when you are editing a pick.
