Seismic Display Properties: Trace Style
The Trace Style page is used to set the visual appearance of the traces in the seismic display.
Trace Parameters
Trace Style: Used to specify the visual style of the traces in the display. Styles are selected from the following:
Overlay Parameters
Overlay Style: Used to specify a visual overlay for the trace. This attribute is only used when the Trace Style is set to either "Variable Density" or "Interpolated Density". If set to something other than "None" an overlay will be drawn on top of the density display.
Overlay Trace Skip: Specifies a trace
spacing for the wiggle overlay. Only meaningful when
the Trace Style is set to either "Variable Density" or "Interpolated
Density" and the Overlay Style is set to something other than
"None". A trace will be rendered at each specified trace. For example,
if the value is set to 5 you will see an overlay trace on only every
fifth trace.
Slice Parameters
Slice Style: Specifies the trace style for
slice displays. Styles are the same as the Trace Style options.
Synthetic Parameters
Inserted Synthetic Style: Specifies the trace style for inserted synthetic tracks. If set to "Same As Seismic" it will use the same trace style as the main seismic display. However, you can set the style independently to be any of the options found in the main Trace Style.
Overlaid Synthetic Style: Specifies the
trace style for overlay synthetics.
Wiggle Fill Parameters
Peaks:Fill peak values when the Trace Style or Overlay Style are set to "Variable Area" or "Variable Area Wiggle".
Troughs: Fill trough values when the Trace Style or Overlay Style are set to "Variable Area" or "Variable Area Wiggle".
