Draw a vertical line on the curve.

How to use the Line to Edit a Curve

1. Select the curve for editing by clicking on it. 
   
   
2. Click the Line icon .
   
   
3. Left click at the value the line will start at and the value would be at. Hold and drag down until you have selected the end of the range. You will see the changes appear in the highlight color and it will appear stacked with your unedited portion of the curve. In the image below, the highlight color is red.
   
   
4. Release the button to apply the changes. Note: Use undo to restore to the previous state.
   
   
5. Save changes by pressing the right mouse button on the track and selecting Save from the shortcut menu, or by selecting the   on the toolbar. Type in a Curve Name (optional Source and Description) and click OK.  Note: You can overwrite an existing curve by leaving the curve name the same as the input.
