Log Editor: Draw
Draw Freehand Curve 
Draw on the curve freehand.
How to Draw on a Curve
- Select the curve for editing
by clicking on it.
- Click the DrawFreehand Curve
icon
. - Make edits by pressing and
holding the left mouse button down
to start edits continuing till edit is complete. The unedited curve
will be displayed at the same time as you are editing the curve, with
the edited curve appearing in the highlight color. In the
image
below,
the original curve is drawn in green and the highlight color is red. Note:
You can draw above or below the current
extent of the log curve. This is a quick way to extend a log curve if
need be.
- Release the mouse to apply
the changes. Note:
Use
undo to remove any
changes you've applied.
- Save changes by pressing the
right mouse button on the
track and selecting Save
from
the shortcut menu, or by selecting the
on
the toolbar. Type in a Curve Name
(optional
Source and Description) and click OK.
Note:
You can
overwrite an existing curve by leaving the curve
name the same as the
input.
