Log Editor: Bulk Apply Depth Shift Tables

Use the Bulk Apply Depth Shift Tables tool to apply a depth shift table to multiple log curves or log curve aliases.

How to Bulk Apply a Depth Shift Table to Log Curves

1. Use the well drop-down to select the well that contains the log curves you want to apply the shift table to. Note: the drop-down will only contain wells that have depth shift tables associated with it.
2. Select a depth shift table from the list that you would like to apply to your log curves.
3. Select the log curves or log curve aliases that you would like to apply the depth shift table to. Note: For log curve aliases, it will only apply to the first match it finds for the selected well.
4. Select Overwrite Existing Data if you want to overwrite the data if it already exists. Note: Overwrite will only apply to log curves that have the same name, source, and owner.
5. The Suffixinput will append to the end of the log curve name. Default input is "SS", therefore all of the curves selected will have "_SS" appended to the end of the name. Example: GR_SS, DT_SS
6. Select a Source and input a Description to your log curves.
