License Manager: Toolbars

The toolbar lets you access the Checkout Licenses dialog, Refresh and Help options.

Refresh: Update the license information being displayed.

Checkout an offline license: Opens the Checkout Licenses application so you can checkout a license for offline use.

Help: Launches the help files for the application.
